Our 9th Colloquium focused on the challenges of the next legislature. With the elections, there will be a new government, new elected representatives and new leaders.

In order to respond even better to the needs of users, citizens and organisations, what are the priorities for improving public services? Will they have to reinvent themselves or simply continue with their current transformations?

At this conference, reserved exclusively for Belgian public sector executives, managers and HR directors, they were able to :

• Anticipate the challenges of the next legislature through thematic presentations
• Learn from their colleagues through case studies and testimonials
• Exchange experiences and learn from each other through participative workshops.

This Colloquium is a forum for exchange between men and women in the field. We are giving the floor to the public players who are ensuring that their region or country keeps pace with the times. We are highlighting the experience of leaders, their ability to innovate, adapt and dare to do things differently. Fine theories are useless if you can't apply them.
